Return to top - I want to return my purchase. What should I do?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange within seven (7) days, provided they are in their original, unused, sealed and saleable condition and are accompanied by an original receipt. Please call us for assistance returning the item.
Return to top - I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. What should I do?
We are very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please call us for assistance returning the item.
Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment; you cannot obtain a store voucher for a returned gift item.
Return to top - How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Once the return item is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 14 business days to credit the refund into your account.

The different region codes show where the games are manufactured for:
- Region 1 North America
- Region 2 Europe
- Region 3 Asia
- Region 4 Oceania
There is no difference in the gameplay. However, different regions may or may not have the same:
- Box Art
- Downloadable Contents (DLC)
- Language i.e Voice and Subtitles
- Online Server
- Release Date

Order Received: This email informs you that we have received your orders and will process it after receiving payment.
Order Processed: This email informs you that the payment is received and your order is ready for shipping.

Kindly contact us via email support@gameon.com.my and we will do our best to restock the item as soon as possible or recommend you an alternative. We will contact you as soon as the item is available for purchase, but this does not obligate you to make a purchase. However, items are available on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly.

- What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept direct bank deposit (cash or cheque) over the counter or via ATM machine, online fund transfer, credit card (iPay88) and PayPal for all orders.

Return to top - Why does the name Mobile88.com appear on my credit card statement?
iPay88 Sdn Bhd has appointed Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd as its sole authorized reseller of all iPay88 merchants system. If you have a Mobile88.com or Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd charged on your statement, it is very likely that you or someone in your household place an online order.
Return to top - How do I know if my payment is successful?
When you submit your payment details, the iPay88 payment service will request authorisation from your Card Issuer and carry out any fraud screening checks on GameOn. Depending on the outcome of the authorisation request, you will see either a successful or failed message on screen which will confirm the result of your transaction.
A successful payment will also be confirmed by email. This email will include the details of your purchase and your Transaction ID, which is a unique reference for your payment, and should be quoted on any correspondence with GameOn. It will be sent by iPay88 to the email address you have provided when entering your payment details.
If you receive more than one email and you have only made one purchase, please contact us via email support@gameon.com.my and inform us that you have placed multiple orders by mistake. We will arrange a refund if necessary.

This could be for many different reasons, however, iPay88 is not informed of the exact reason why the transaction has been declined. Reasons why your payment was declined include:
- Some of the card/personal details entered does not match the information held by your Card Issuer
- You do not have enough cleared funds on your card to cover the amount of the purchase
- Your card has been reported as lost/stolen and been cancelled by your Card Issuer
- Your card has or is due to expire and has been replaced by your Card Issuer
- Your card has recently been replaced by your Card Issuer but not activated yet
- Your card cannot be used to pay for goods/services in a Cardholder-Not-Present environment (online/over the internet)
- There may be a problem with your Card Issuer's authorisation system
- You have not activated 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) of your card

Buy-Back Guarantee is valid within 1 year from the date of purchase. After the 1-year period, we are still able to buy-back games on a selective basis.

The buy-back price will come up to a maximum of 70% of the prevailing market price for the title, it is also dependant upon several factors such as the condition of the game disc, its original packaging and accompanying manual/s, the popularity of the title and the release date of the game.
