Goods purchased may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within seven (7) days, provided they are in their original, unused, sealed and saleable condition and are accompanied by an original receipt.
Faulty software and accessories where the seal has been broken, or products that do not meet the description may be returned within seven (7) days after the dispatch date. A Return Authorization must be obtained before returning. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #), kindly contact us via email email@example.com or call us directly at +603 7662 5406. Please include as much detail as possible including your Order Number, Name, Email, and a Contact Number.
Hardware or accessories may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used) and may be returned within seven (7) days of the dispatch date if deemed faulty. Returned hardware must contain every component parts and include all packing materials in their original condition before the product can be accepted as a return.

If you return a product to us, please obtain a Proof of Posting receipt from POS Malaysia. We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcel returned to us.
International customers should be aware that we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred in returning a product to us under our Returns Policy.
Returning a faulty product, wrongly shipped product, incorrectly ordered product or unwanted product:
We will evaluate the return request to determine the best plan of action moving forward. If it is determined that the product is indeed faulty, or does not match the product description, or incorrectly ordered, or unwanted, we will provide a resolution that may involve a replacement product or a refund. We will also issue you a Return Authorization and further instructions about what you need to do next.
We will cover all return postage for the return. However, we are unable to cover postage costs for items sent from international locations.
