Step 2: Get a repair quote
You will be contacted with a repair quote and our technicians will only proceed with repairs if you agree with the charges.
Step 3: Fixed!
You will be given an estimated time of completion for repairs and will be contacted once it is ready for pick-up or shipping.
Terms & Conditions:
- Repairs come with 30 days warranty starting from date of notification for collection. The warranty covers the replaced / fixed part only.
- Customer understands and agrees that it is his/her own responsibility to backup all programs and data contained in the machine before sending for repair. The company will not be held liable for any programs and data loss.
- The company reserves the right to dispose the item if it is not collected by customer within 90 days from the date of notification.
